The photos, video and text on this site are protected by United States and international copyright law, and I own them unless a page says otherwise. Please do not download, screenshot, copy, share, edit or reuse them, for personal or commercial projects, without my written permission, unless explicitly stated. If you would like to use a photo, email me about a license.

If you are a client, your rights to your photos are set out in your booking form or quote, together with the Senior Portrait Terms or the Client Terms. Those take priority over this page.

Prices on this site can change for future bookings. The price on your signed booking form or quote is the one that applies to you.

I work to keep this site accurate and running, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content.

I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites this site links to.

I may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.

Colorado law governs these terms. Any dispute is decided by the courts of Boulder County, Colorado.
