The Charles Morgan Group (TMG) is a commercial general contractor based in Rockwall, Texas. Charlie Morgan founded the company in 1994, and today TMG builds automotive dealerships, restaurants, and office and retail spaces across Dallas-Fort Worth.
This project was personal. TMG’s COO, Davin Marceau, is a good friend, and we spent a lot of years working together. When you’ve been in the trenches with someone that long, you know how they think, what they’re proud of, and what they won’t compromise on. That made it easy to see what TMG’s imagery needed to say.

I shot TMG’s job sites from the ground and from the air: crews at work, construction details up close, and drone views that show the full scale of a build in one frame. That work became the backbone of the new tmgconst.com, which my agency designed and built.
Davin said the finished work captured TMG’s voice, its personality, and the pride the team takes in every project. That one meant a lot coming from a friend.
