FACE Colorado

FACE Colorado is a med spa in Johnstown, Colorado, led by two registered nurses who each spent more than 15 years in hospital nursing before moving into aesthetics. Co-founder Cameo Hartson spent 16 years in Labor & Delivery and the neonatal nursery. Jessica Benedict spent 15 years as a pediatric nurse, many of them at Children's Hospital. That background shows in how they work: thorough consultations, natural-looking results, and patients who keep coming back.

The practice has grown quickly. They've added licensed medical aesthetician Morgan Ledford, who brings more than 12 years of skincare experience, and aesthetic treatment assistant Kendra Jerabek, who keeps everything running and can name a song faster than Shazam.

I photographed the team, the space, and real treatments in progress. Instead of stock photos of strangers, the images show the actual nurses patients will meet, doing the work they're known for. They were a delight to work with.
