IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is a locally owned outpatient rehab group headquartered in Mill Creek, Washington, with more than 40 clinics across the Puget Sound. Shannon O’Kelley founded it in the mid-1990s, when opening an independent physical therapy practice was a real gamble. Today IRG treats patients for everything from post-surgical rehab to hand therapy and pelvic floor care.
A customer story shot on location
IRG is also a customer of PatientPay, which is how I got there. PatientPay wanted to show what their platform looks like inside a working clinic, so I traveled to Washington to shoot photo and video on location.
My goal was simple: capture IRG the way patients experience it. Therapists working hands-on with patients, the energy of the clinic floor, and the everyday moments that make it feel like a neighborhood clinic rather than a corporate chain.
That work became the foundation of PatientPay’s IRG customer story.
